About Ark
An independent Tanzanian firm providing audit, tax, accounting, legal and advisory services to companies operating in the country.
Who we are
Ark, an approved ACCA employer, is a full service firm registered to engage in professional consulting, accounting, audit and assurance services.
The practice is made up of two entities. Ark Associates Limited is a company that handles taxation, accounting and company administration related services. Ark Partners is a partnership handling audit and assurance services. Together they allow one team to take a client from bookkeeping through to a signed audit opinion without handing the relationship on.
We pride ourselves on being the mark of compliance. Our aim is to build awareness among our clients that compliance from day one sets one free from non compliance costs. It is a deliberately unglamorous position and it is the one that saves clients the most money.
